    Ingrid Under the Crust

It’s a rainy day in Alaska…which, to Ingrid Nixon, means just one thing: time to make a pie. “I come from pie people,” she proclaims, and then proceeds to prove it by whipping up an apple-rhubarb masterpiece before our eyes. Once you see the luscious end result, the next time you’re with Ingrid, you may find yourself praying for rain.

OMG! That was so delightful to watch…a mini movie. The end was the best part – wish I was there to share a piece of that pie! I will definitely try to make that pie one day! And hopefully, one day, our paths will cross again. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

One of the best things about watching this video is seeing you – and Kevin at the end. We so miss all the Apex people. Thank you for making a pie.

    Stay safe and healthy.

Yet another new experience from Apex and Ingrid – the first cooking video I’ve watched all the way through. I think I saw a pan in the oven to catch the overflow juices?

My mother-in-law subjected me to unbelievably sweet strawberry rhubarb pies. Your apple rhubarb version looks infinitely tastier and not liable to cause mouth problems.

Looks delicious! Nice to see you both!
