It’s a bit difficult to describe the topic of this video. Imagine if John Wayne and Forrest Gump went shrimp fishing together…in Belgium…and were interviewed by Gerald Broddelez. As fanciful as that sounds, it alludes to a real and ancient custom that straddles the line between aquatic and terrestrial pursuits, as well as the line between natural and cultural history. Saddle up!
That was very interesting Gerald. I’ve not been to that part of Belgium. I couldn’t get over the large and hairy bottom of the horses legs. Guess they’d have to be strong to get through the sand and water. Thank you.
